A large tree fell in my elderly mother's garden in Wimbledon. The fallen tree caused quite a mess and was a cause of concern... for my mother’s safety. Unfortunately I have been inclined to give this company 1 star.The job itself was conducted in high standard, the tree... surgeon and his crew did an amazing job. They also cleaned all the branches and left my garden tidy.However, the issue arised when me and my husband noticed one of our garden tiles was broken. We contacted the office and sent some pictures and videos of the damage. The garden tiles had been recently done, less than 2 weeks ago.We were promised a surveyor would come and have a look at the damage and this was.more than a week ago. We have chased the office multiple times and still no reply.Due to this reason I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends or family. Their customers service is a massive let down.Thank you Grafting Gardeners for eventually replying to my review after 3 weeks.However, I am quite disappointed with your use of word "malicious". This remark is highly defamatory.As stated in my previous review, your tree surgeons were professional and did the job to the highest standard. My issue is with the poor handling of my concern regarding the broken garden tiles. I am appalled at your customer services team as there has been no follow up to this day.I can confirm I did write a review in checkatrade to initiate the claim process as outlined in their terms and conditions.If you would like evidence then I can show you the full payment made for your service and the phone call logs that my husband has made to try and reach to your customer service team.Until this very day we are still waiting to be contacted by your customer service team to resolve this issueGood news!! We were really impressed with Graftin Gardeners. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They were the only tree... surgeons we contacted who actually came by to assess our front garden and provide an accurate quote. They took the time to explain areas of concern which was really useful. We booked them in to do our front garden the next week and they got it all done in only two hours. We were really pleased with the results (see photos). We'd definitely recommend them and will use them again.read more
