The wrecked my car! Then offered to pay later took back their offer after they realised the car wreck was more than the amount they thought. Then told me it was an act of God. Irresponsible guys. Terrible!!! No regard for people’s personal belongings.

So impressed by these guys, they accidentally underpriced the work and there was more material to take away than they had estimated, but they kept coming back all week until the job was done. They were always professional, polite and friendly and I can't praise them highly enough!!

They polarded a pair of overgrown lime trees. The trees look incredible. Had the trees cut back a few times over the years and they always looked a bit odd but not this time. We now have beautiful sculptures. They come highly recommended

Adam and the team at Graftin Gardeners Ltd were highly professional from the initial phone call and the fantastic team of office Angels to the surveyor and to the three young men who came on site to do a very tricky job - They worked hard in some really horrid weather conditions and they cleaned up after themselves including the roadways outside and the drainage area - The team have followed up and have secured more work from us - A huge thank you for all the help and support. Unfortunately Awful and cruel work! Don’t trial it. They sent Darren who killed my trees! He had no sense of natural beauty. I had overgrown trees which I asked to trim and he ended up over-pruning them madly. I never witness this. I’ll ask for a compensation and take them to standers agency. I believe what Darren did was illegal and wrong. The hedges were not even done nicely! Left the tree hanging on my stairs. Never trial them.Look at how beautiful my garden looked minutes before his cruelty! I really will take him to court.

I am so pleased to have come across Graftin Gardeners landscaping services. This company's client and internal communication is poor. I wasn't clearly communicated to on key events- where I had to be at my property (on multiple occasions), the gardener who carried out the work wasn't correctly briefed on the job causing a weeks delay. The saving grace to this organisation is the gardeners themselves, positive friendly and committed to doing the job.

Huge thanks to Kai and his team for their work at our property. This included substantial work to 2 large oak trees, as well as height-reduction and trimming of tall Leylandii borders. A tough job with access issues, managed brilliantly by Kai. Excellent communication throughout the job, both with me and my neighbours. Great attention to detail, showing real pride in giving an immaculate service. I would not hesitate to recommend the company, and Kai in particular, to ensure customer satisfaction.

A large tree fell in my elderly mother's garden in Wimbledon. The fallen tree caused quite a mess and was a cause of concern for my mother’s safety. We contacted GraftinGardeners, the Tree Surgeons, and were pleasantly surprised by their prompt response. They arrived the very next day, which was a huge relief. The team was incredibly professional and efficient. The cleaning up was immaculate, for my elderly mother’s peace of mind was truly commendable.I would highly recommend

Unfortunately I have been inclined to give this company 1 star.The job itself was conducted in high standard, the tree surgeon and his crew did an amazing job. They also cleaned all the branches and left my garden tidy.However, the issue arised when me and my husband noticed one of our garden tiles was broken. We contacted the office and sent some pictures and videos of the damage. The garden tiles had been recently done, less than 2 weeks ago.We were promised a surveyor would come and have a look at the damage and this was.more than a week ago. We have chased the office multiple times and still no reply.Due to this reason I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends or family. Their customers service is a massive let down.Thank you Grafting Gardeners for eventually replying to my review after 3 weeks.However, I am quite disappointed with your use of word "malicious". This remark is highly defamatory.As stated in my previous review, your tree surgeons were professional and did the job to the highest standard. My issue is with the poor handling of my concern regarding the broken garden tiles. I am appalled at your customer services team as there has been no follow up to this day.I can confirm I did write a review in checkatrade to initiate the claim process as outlined in their terms and conditions.If you would like evidence then I can show you the full payment made for your service and the phone call logs that my husband has made to try and reach to your customer service team.Until this very day we are still waiting to be contacted by your customer service team to resolve this issueGood news!! GraftinGardeners have come through and fixed the garden slab ☺️.It seems there was a miscommunication amongst their staff and the information wasn't shared properly.I can finally enjoy the ☀️☀️. The guys at GraftinGardeners came to our property to remove some ivy that had grown up the side of our house and partially over the roof over the course of a few years. What is equally important is that they have charged me a standard market rate for the service. I was truly bowled over by their work. I cannot thank them enough for saving my large, ancient and much-loved cooking apple tree which had uprooted and fallen. The fact they then spent much time clearing up all the considerable foliage and leaves so meticulously was the icing on the cake. Not only that, incredibly nice and friendly people too. We were really impressed with Graftin Gardeners. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They were the only tree surgeons we contacted who actually came by to assess our front garden and provide an accurate quote. They took the time to explain areas of concern which was really useful. We booked them in to do our front garden the next week and they got it all done in only two hours. We were really pleased with the results (see photos). We'd definitely recommend them and will use them again.
